With this image I worked with the quick selection tool selecting the background of the image. It is not pictured but we also worked with the magic wand tool to change some spots in the water to be reflect a different color with adjustments in hue and saturation. Additionally, I went to the filter gallery and added kind of a blurry filter to the image. Then we used my favorite tool of the class period, the history brush tool. I used this tool to bring back the original shape and clarity of the mountain whereas everything else still has that filter on it!

For this imaged I used the color replacement tool and adjusting the hue and saturation and the intensity of that color.

I created this image to express the idea of salvation. You go to church to connect with God as well as those around you. Faith is about believing and not seeing, so that's why I thought it would be interesting to add color to the background of this photo because its quite the opposite of what you would actually see when going to church. It's supposed to highlight exclamation, and all the "glory" that going to church or even believing in something offers!

I learned who to further use the clone tool, as well as creating shadows ad duplicating and merging layers. Additionally I learned how to the pen tool and add a pattern overlay with the image.
